Our Story
A Sydney Coffee House Built on Community
Maison Brûlée began as a tiny espresso bar in Surry Hills with a single machine and a big dream: to create a space where neighbours become friends over a perfect cup of coffee.
Today, we roast our own beans, bake our pastries before sunrise, and pour every drink with the same care we did on day one. Our seasonal menu changes with the harvest, but our commitment to quality never does.
